Not here anymore, but our mutual friend was adopted and i think we can agree she turned out rather well :)

She was the first person to spring to mind, and I must say she's the reason why I thought it would be a splendid idea.

It was good to know about a "counter-example" (thanks, Megan!) to remind us raising children is indeed serious business.

I don't believe that we should have a choice. I'm talking basic animal instincts (for Rusty)...

We are no more than any other animal in this world for our very basic purpose of life...

Difference between us and them is that if they are over populated, nature kills them off. We are able to protect our young better is all...

Maybe that's what is happening with all of these natural disasters...

Mother nature thinning the herd??

Of course, this is all just my opinion...

You don't think that we should have a choice, but we do. That's what makes us very different from other animals. They need to procreate to fulfill their purpose in life. We can decide what our own purpose is, and we don't need to procreate to fulfill it. We may want to, and we may even have a genetic predisposition to want to reproduce, but we certainly don't have to.

Kids are expensive...both $$ and time commitment wise...and sadly it's those with less of these key requirements producing the troublemakers of tomorrow

So, no, not EVERYONE should have kids just because they're 'able'

Don't worry, you were not :)

Truth be told, I'm actually just a bit sad to see grown ups bullying Theresa... and for no fair reason.

Dear god I've never seen a personal pummelling so brutal in TA before.

It makes no sense. The worst of all is that Theresa has not said anything offensive that could justify this backlash. Apparently, saying something too naïve or "dumb" according to the standards of some people is enough to forget we're dealing with people here.

Yes it is wrong. What the is wrong with you Kevin? Maybe you need a break from TA. Or maybe your parents should have aborted you.

Jenny, if you don't stop being a cunt to Theresa - or to anyone else, for that matter - you're the one getting a break from TA. Nothing justifies your behaviour.

Consider yourself warned.

In Jenny's defense, that quote from her to me you just posted was sarcasm; she wasn't coming at me.

Whoa, and I thought Lira was trolling.
