Think about how they set this whole thing up so far. They've got an amazing marketing/hype machine behind them. They made a huge announcement for a show on a Friday, and they opened with a Facebook pre-sale, intending for regular tickets to go on sale tomorrow. They've given themselves a lot of room, and lo and behold, they sell out on the pre-sale.
So, if they do decide to announce a second show, they have a lot to play with. A saturday night, pre-sale, general sale, and again, other acts havent been mentioned, which also means they can still play around with that if need be.
Everyone I know that wanted to go didn't get tickets - the demand is still outrageous. I'd be shocked if there was no second show. |

"ok. final word on MSG today. 1. we are trying to change the stage configuration to release a few more tickets 2. we are trying to add a second show but it may well not be MSG 3. there is NO public sale tomorrow Angela Brown...all the tickets went today which is pretty unheard of. More news as it hits. do NOT buy from secondary ticket sellers. s :-)"

I managed to get a couple of tix after 45 min. it was crazy!
hoping for a pre event TA meetup or something..
if you have seats are you "locked" to them? i guess they dont want people dancing all over the place? |

I dont know if this is true about pdiddy....... but expect quite a few unannounced VERY special guest at this show.
They had tons of special guest at their shows in Ibiza this year |

the staff has extensive experience with irrational justin bieber and gaga fans, so i'm pretty sure sneaking onto the floor won't be that easy. my guess is people get bracelets and stamps. |

You are very correct, I think the staff will be able to handle it better than any other staff............ That being said, they have no idea what they are in for that night. It could be the first and last EDM event at MSG. I hope not though
Just like SHM was the first EDM event on the beach in Miami for March in over 10 years and it was surely the last after all the bad press. |

I tried getting tickets from 7am my time at my work.
I couldn't get .
The facebook password option didn't load for me until around 7:05 and by 7:10 all I could get were balcony seats. So I let those 2 go and ended up getting "No more tickets avail" for the following 10 minutes and I just gave up.
I hope they do have a second show, I was looking forward to going out there even though they are total top 40 cheese house. |

Hopefully not. The Masquerade Motel in Miami was great this year. I think the SHM/the noob share equal blame for the incidents that occurred. Hopefully the Swedes learn from that show and handle the ticket situation and crowd better.
And the noob/hipster crowd learn its never cool to bum rush gates and crush people. But I won't keep my hopes up. |

What i'm reading now, is that ticketmaster are going through everyone's account to see if they purchased more than 2 tickets for the show. If they did, they are going to cancel their second order and re-release the tickets next week. |
