From what I know, who ever went to their first show in NYC at M2 and can print out their receipts will be getting first crack at tickets when they go on sale. I actually had to email their manager to show that people can printout past purchases from wanttickets. She said I'm going to make a lot of New Yorkers happy. It's going to be a landmark event in electronic music for sure. |
You're right! I remember meeting you in line for the show at M2. Just got an email saying we're getting access to something. Hopefully this allows us to get floor seats and not the scalpers. MSG on the floor would be epic - in nosebleed seats, not so much. |

Wonder if they'll have some other bigger guys on the lineup.. |
I can't imagine this being a success without other big names. MSG for a hockey configuration has a capacity of ~18,000, concerts open up more floor room so that pushes the number to ~20,000 and since they won't use as large of a stage as a concert that opens even more room so we are talking about a capacity of 22,000+. If they have to block most of the arena similar to what they would do for Cirque du Soleil or some other small event it doesn't seem worth it to hold the party in an arena. The SHM has some type of "big announcement" at the end of this month, let's hope they announce crazy guests and tickets aren't $100. |

Yeah, just saw that email. Basically almost confirms 100% a NYC show happening. And they just redid the lower part of MSG, so if people don't get floor tickets, the seats above floor will still be great. |

Yup and they just sent out an email about that. I hope we get discounted tix or something. I had my bday party there so a bunch of my friends went to the m2 party. |

| If this does go down, it will be super expensive. If Deadmau5 is 81 in Hartford for floor and 61 for seats, I could see floor being over 200 here. Even the WWE charges significantly higher at MSG then ANYWHERE else in the country to cover the costs of renting the place. |
