Oh , it's finally going to come out. I will def give this a go once it's released. Can't say I cared too much for Involver the 2nd but I still quite enjoy the first one and still play it every now and then. I got Sasha to sign my copy of it when he played at Mezzanine in 04, but it's more like a giant S with a line running across, given how trashed he was when he got behind the decks. :stongue: :p

As i said many times before. Sasha has not been in the forefront for a very long time. He's way outdated. I haven't been following him for years and he's a shadow of the 90's Sasha we all know.
Don't get my words wrong, he's still one of the reasons i got into electronic music. He's still iconic in my ears.
But still...

Atleast according to Armin in his recent interview.
But seriously the scene is too fragmented these days that hardly anyone is at the forefront for more than a few months. If it's a good thing i don't know. Many still sounds and play the same type of music. Major dj's still has impact and influence on what the smaller more locally dj's play and so forth. Same could be said for producers.
I mostly scarce through soundcloud and other places for insperation.

I think Sasha productions have stayed very strong. I think Sasha - Coma is just about my favorite track and it came out around only a few years ago. His remix of Doves - Jetstream was great. I like Sasha - 'Cut Me Down' from recently as well as the his remix of Hot Chip - Flutes.
