again, an instrumental mix would have elevated this to the best thing in years. don't agree it sounds like one big track. there are a good few different styles and contrasts. |

People might get upset to what I am about to say but I have always thought sasha and digweed were the tiestos and armin of the progressive house scene.Both over-rated and think they are "cool" |

People are free to do whatever they wish. If they want to be a sheep and follow and support clowns like sasha and digweed, go right ahead but they both were and are over-rated. My opinion won't change no matter what anyone says.
These acts only got where they are because of marketing but of course many will feel I am talking out of my ass.
I don't have an idol, nor will I ever. However, as a passionate music lover, you don't confine yourself into one artist.
The EDM scene and culture is absolutely pathetic. Full of hypocritical s and sheeps like deadmau5,sasha, digweed,armin van buuren and of course, the fans themselves are just as guilty. |

Simply because they were hyped a lot and you didn't/don't like what they did/do, does not make them the same as Tiesto and Armin. I'd explain why, but since you're pulling out the sheeple card, we all know where this conversation will end.

hate to agree with the naysayers, but was a little underwhelmed by it.
i thought it started off good. first track was pretty decent. was thinking that he was gonna try to go with a more artsy album or something, but after that it just kinda turned into a snooze fest.
i mean he might as well have just burned his Beatport top 10 to a CD and sold it. I think with all of the hype and anticipation and billing it as an involver release they could of done a lot more. no variety, i didn't hear anything that made me say yep this is Sasha. Could've been 100 other producers.
oh well, what are you gonna do? |

just because the tracks have the same lick of production paint on them and "sound the same", doesn't mean there's no variety.
i mean track 1 into track 2 is a big contrast right there, and there are a variety of different vibes throughout. this shouldn't be compared to a normal mix compilation.
i have the unmixed tracks, and it helps you appreciate them much better. |

Suit yourself but last time I checked, I can say whatever I want . Just because I am negative, doesn't make me a "troll". If it isn't any indication but, there are others on this thread that were disappointed from this release. Just check a few posts above. Not my fault if you get a hard on for sasha and digweed. |
