I just like Levon Vincent and respect everything he's done up to this point for the house music scene as a whole.

How about we look at the stats for another, more popular site, Mark? How about Last.fm?

Levon Vincent: 15,547 listeners (http://www.last.fm/music/Levon+Vincent)
Scuba: 153,832 listeners (http://www.last.fm/music/Scuba)

Scuba is, quite literally, ten times more popular than Levon Vincent.

What's the weather like in that bubble?

What are the last fm stats for Deadmau5?

This debate was hosed from the start because there's no subjective way to determine how influential an artist is.

I knew this when I replied but I know this board would be nothing without a steady supply of ridiculous claims (which I am more than happy to provide)

Mark I love Levon Vincent as much as you do, own some of his records and he's in my top 5 list of DJs. I still find your statement ridiculous.

Well, looking at this from the perspective of Hotflush being one of the earlier trendsetters within the dubstep bubble, and how dubstep/UK Bass/any of those other derivative tags have influenced current dance music and DJs, I'd still say you're a ing idiot.

You're also the kind of deluded fool who conflates personal taste with wider history.

have no idea what to expect based on the tracklist. Hoping its not a khouse snoozefest. I heard some of the stuff live at new years and some of it was good but some of it felt like listening to electronic elevator music. Hopefully the cd lives up to the two ones before.
