I strongly recommend not. Last time in AC he was terrible. Sound system sucks and the crowd is not much better. It's intimate, which is good but expectations are not high. Don't ruin it! ;)

yes, I concur. The doors opened at 8pm but the warm up DJ was on until 12:30am... and Paul finished his set before 3am. Because of that show, my expectations for Governors Island were VERY VERY low.

BUT - at the time, Paul just finished Evolution and was touring that so, this time it can be very different since he's doing TPOD3 previews...

I took DreamBeamz's awesome tracklist correlated it with the few clips I have and created a google spreadsheet with the tracks and time. If you want to check out the list and add yours to it, we can work together to create a full tracklist from tracks and videos.

Sound Factory was huge because he hadn't played in NYC for a year due to Twilo getting shut down. It was an incredible night - I remember someone made him a "NY Loves PVD" shirt and he went and got it midway through the set and wore it. But I think musically, Arc is still tops - it was just a bunch of hardcore fans hanging around listening to a cd and then he walks in at 10 on the dot and just destroyed the place for 4 hours. His last Roxy gig is up there too.

Arc was the best imo.... I beleive that was the beggining of trance at arc.. It was a benefit for the 911 victims and I think he put a little more Umff into it

didnt make it to that one so i will take your word for it
but i was at pvd at roxy the friday before and it was a good set
def not his best

to me the best pvd sets are his last set at roxy in 05,closing of crobar in 07 and his set at space wmc 2010...a good hour of pure melodic trance wow like i only could id 2 tracks and they were solid
burak you remember that night? he was relentless

Oh that signature sound is so tight here! For the life of me I've never been able to figure out how he does it! If I could replicate, I'd never leave my house ;
