I didn't hit any of the Florida shows, but reviews from friends that went said that its the typical electro housey style with his normal classics. He was playing some his new stuff too which its not that great imo. This will probably be a great night though who knows lol. Have fun tonight everyone!

does anyone know how late you can take the ferry to the island until?
CarS
did 8pm for Hyte, and seems you can go later....

PvD practically baptized my conversion to Trance. I've caught him bunch of times back @ Twilo (ha, remember that?) and later @Roxy - when he used to use good ol decks and vinyl. There may even be still some sets from those days still in the TA dl archives.

He hasn't been quite the same since he went full disAbleton - too A.D.D. for my taste - all over the place with mashing up tracks and just fiddling with . Can't remember how many times I'd go and see him expecting to get a good show and.. be left disappointed.

..and then he goes and drops some massive set (like the one @Space WMC few years ago) - and leaves me even more pissed off that he never plays like that anymore.

But in reality, let's face it - not many old times are still true to the scene/style.

Tiesto? Pfft. First one to sell out, led the way
Corsten? Tiesto's litte bitch... who remixes Bieber - 'nuff said
Armin? LOL. R.I.P. Tobacco Warehouse, Roxy, and other legendary gigs he held around NYC. ing festival queen
Schulz? Streaky. Tends to play stupid one-note, farty soccer chant sing-along bull

that's why I respect the out of J00F - still going strong with no sign of trousing up his sets (at least for now...)
AY STAR
iam not there atm
but a friend is telling me pvd is doing really good and is playing actual trance, no electro or mash-up bull so far

Wow not sure where to start. Went in expecting trouse all night and maybe few trance songs, but i was wrong. Was there from 6:45 to 11:45 and I don't remember hearing one electro/house song. PvD took me back to old days where I used to have fun doing a tracklist. Played so many classics I thought I would never hear live again. I don't think he ever went below 136 bpm.

Fantastic set. Straight up murder.
sandman23
