oh yeah, that was pretty epic last night. Wish I was there the whole time.
I'm listening to PvD's Live at Cream Ibiza 2012 set and a hearing lot of similar tracks were played last night at Governor's Island (of what I heard.) Definitely give that a listen until the official recording is out.
btw, did Paul play 'Sexy Back'? The set he did with Chris Liebling's mix is killer. |

Cressida - 6am (Kyau & Albert Remix) :eyespop:
One of the big highlights of the night for me. It's true that he played quite a few older tracks, many 2004-2005ish tracks, pretty random stuff. A couple of Kaskade id's:
Kaskade-Move for me (a mash-up I believe)
Kaskade-Angel on my shoulder (EDX remix)
My fav times last night though were hearing some of these new PVD sounding tracks, my ears just drinking in that stuff. Didn't even know tracks like those were still being made by trance producers these days, they have the classic PVD sound written all over them. They were def new tracks and I hope some of them show up on the new Politics of Dancing cd. |

You can always tell a PVD track by the bass line. |

| A&B - Sun & Moon was wicked at the tail end. Opening with some new take on Forbidden Fruit set the tone and the full 6 hours was something of beauty. Amazing night, amazing set...I would do it again if he was up for it. |

Soundfactory set was pretty stellar and yeah the Arc set was fierce - On a school night.
Feels good to be able to speak highly of one of his long sets
He ing laid it down yesterday and the visuals were tighter than tight
