I just came back from watching CNN and how our own American citizens were burning the flag. I mean honestly, they criticize the judgements made by the elected presidents and his staff, they criticize the ways of this country, and they only accomplish looking like a bunch of rabid homos who want attention. How many of these protestors have actually tried 'running' for a political position (besides president of the National Tree Hugging Association)......none. I haven't heard or found one. And just like you said, SportTrance, they haven't provided a formula to solving this dispute, or ANY dispute blown to such proportions as this one, in a peaceful manner....all they do is run around the streets with signs and cocks in their asses.

25+ views, not one solution. not one argument.
It doesn't take a genious to want world peace. However it does apparently take a genious to figure out how to achieve it.
Surely you guys can defend what you believe so much in, correct? I mean, it doesn't take much to want something, but it takes something to get it. Nothing wrong with wanting peace, we all want peace, but there is something wrong with criticizing and protesting against something you have no solution to. |

The second half of it I disagree with. Just because I can't find a solution does not mean I cannot criticize it. It also does not mean that I claim to know that there even is a solution and that because of that war is the only answer. The point is that people have to TRY until it reaches that point where there is no return (and then go to war). So far I don't think that point has been reached. Just my two cents...(I agree with Renegade and John Smith on this...look in the political forums). |

Ill keep it short and sweet...
We can't make a difference because we don't have the power... no one has forced Mr Bush off his seat because no one has come to the senate and said this man is wrong.. all they have done is PRoTESTED on the actions ... not to take him off the #1 seat...
if we can get him to resign or have him reinstated by sumone that truly isn't self centered and a war loving man.. then there we go... |
