in December every year for the last four years its been a tradition for Diggers and Hernan to play at this event called Moonpark where they jam 10,000 people into this warehouse with the most amazing vibe ive ever experienced

They both played deep and dark as , an example would be hernan structured the first hour and a half of his set to lead into James Holden - A Break in the Clouds, and while some of you may think that deep is boring well in Sydney or Melbourne you may be right but when youve got a crowd of 10,000 going absolutely ing spastic over each subtle change in the music then these songs take on a power greater than the strongest longest breakdwon youd hear in Sydney or Melb. Buenos Aires is probably the prog capital of the world
Digweed played the best set ive ever heard, topling his 5 hour set last year off number one :D could only recognise one of diggers tracks, eric prydz - i cant remember. what a dj :)
most of the night i hung out with this Argentinian group, and they all knew their music (whether it was tech trance, minimal, house)
rofl those munters are so similar to us its hilarious :p
when i got out of the warehouse it was pouring down with rain, i waited at this petrol station for half an hour with 5,000 argentinians all waiting for a taxi so i decided to walk the hour back to my hosel in the rain (about an hour walk). while walking back i got to this main road Avenida del Liberatedor and saw this guy from moonpark running across it get hit by a Taxi at full speed and go over the bonnet while the taxi slammed on the breaks and did a 360. people ran to his help and he lay there on the ground twitching, absolutely ing chilling, he laid there in the middle of the road in the pouring rain, the ambulance came and i waited for half an hour watching as they talked to him, put a neck brace on him and assessed his condition. i hope his allright :/ |
