so.. after a murderous rampage (in my head).. i emailed Ticketbox twice, got a "we'll get back to you in 2 business days" (in Dutch of course) message... I then called Ticketbox and spoke to a nice young lady, explained the situation to her, gave her all my details, got her name, and she said she'll escalate it and have somebody contact me...
we'll see how it goes :nervous:
