Ive heard something similar too. It has something to do with Raisins. But muslim radicals cannot accept this find. And israeli rhetoric keeps emphazising this in order to vilify the religion. |

Well Slag I never said killing innocent by standers was ok...I just don't like it when people see Israel killing innocent by standers as a REDICULOUS crime...while terrorist blowing up a bus full of civilians as a struggle for freedom...
and reagarding that article...It's actually true...but has nothing to do with what was said...no buildings have been leveled due to Israeli precision strikes. |
How is that not a ridiculous crime??????
The palestinian death ratio is 5:1!!!!!!!!!!
Before the intifada it was 25:1!!!
If the israeli knesset chose to treat these palestinians like human beings and not insects that can be crushed, then people wouldnt feel the need to go onto a bus and kill innocents.
These people have been born and raised with a tank in their faces all their life...They have seen cosuins, brothers, women, children killed, shot, paralyzed humiliated, just about everying an occupation can result in.
They should fight the military machine, fight for their freedom.
This is what happens when people come into the middle east and take land away from people becuase they want it solely for themselves, instead of sharing. |

I don't understand how the military head could have anything to do with women and children carrying bombs into Israel.
But having said that, if Israel made a decision to get rid of him too, you'd support that?
To the rest of you: Israel just killed a well-known islamic terrorist and his bodyguards, I really don't think this is the appropriate time or place to lament their killing of "innocents". It's not even worth talking about politics with you... you just spew rhetoric without arguing from any logical standpoint. You'd get ripped to shreds in any real debate.
It's unfortunate that a great deal of Canadians are so easily swayed by that bullcrap and respond instantly to buzz words like "human rights". I always considered the American citizens to be the ones sensitivity-trained into a coma, but I'm glad there's still a shred of common sense left in that country. |

I understand you having a problem with that and that's why I didn't say anything to your original post - but two wrongs don't make a right, and going off with unsubstantiated claims about how Israel is on a rampage killing innocent people but thank heavens they won't be around for much longer, is not a very well-thought-out response to it.
We know it's not right to laugh at someone's death. Of course it's hard to resist bringing up the "innocent" Palestinians that are dancing in the streets after a typical suicide bombing, but I suppose we live in Canada, not the Middle East, so that's not relevant. Nevertheless, we've established that it probably wasn't in good taste for the thread starter to be laughing and cheering about it, but if you are going to make sweeping generalizations about international security then you'd best be prepared to back them up.
No hard feelings or anything, but he stopped his laughing on page 1, so there's no need to continue with the rhetoric. |
