No you silly twit, it means you failed to read into their posts. Open-mindedness comes from accepting all thoughts and idea and statements, they werent being ignorant. They were given a silly comment, and rebuked it with a facetious yet a somewhat frank statement. Btw, it is silly to wish an asteroid to destroy the whole human race.

Reading this part of your post makes me laugh everytime I do it, but I get what your saying. Still, you come off as a hypocrit for bashing people about being "receptive to arguments or ideas" (I quoted it for you, so that you remember what the definition is). So in order to be "receptive to an argument or idea", one must not bash it (including the people who say it). So tell me, are you being receptive of their ideas while you call them stupid or morons? I forget which one it is that makes you so open-minded.
No you right, but I wasn't talking about being perfect. I clearly remembering writing that the first time too, and its a shame I have to repeat myself twice, but I guess people like you need to be told things a couple times...so, I repeat again. So please, do us a favor, and just stop your finger before pressing on the submit reply button, and read your post over once or twice. It will save you much embarassment.

man, I typed all that and you still don't get it, here let me break it down for you. Watch out now the crowding of words might be too much to handle for your fragile mind, just warning you, it's not broken into blocks like in preschool. Ok, moving on, here it is: I was born a pretty much normal child, I did not have theories from the time I was 2 years old nor did I have a grasp on society and the nature of man and civilization patterns, therefore I grew up with the standards of thought that the majority of people did. So that means that at some point I decided that there was something wrong here and I saw different ways of thought and different theories and like I said those theories do not suit my intellectual needs, therefore I can not be open minded in any way possible when a person states the old standards that I knew all too well, therefore me calling them morons and idiots and what not is me calling upon them to think differently, unless they tell me that they can see from my view point but choose to stick to their standards I will continue to try to urge them and push them to think from my point of view or to be "open minded" in other words. Therefore I do not have to be open minded or try to understand their beliefs because I already have experienced their beliefs and understand completely why they would feel the way they do because I myself have thought like them before. If someone tells me some bogus out of this world idea that sounds quite strange to me I will be open minded and I will analyze their belief in all aspects to see if I can concur with those beliefs and see the situation from their view point, if I do not, I will respect their belief, now if I have already believed at one point or another in these beliefs and theories and have broken away from them and the ones who still remain with the old beliefs dismiss without analysis or understanding of why I believe what I do that makes them closed minded and I will condemn them for not attempting to see the situation from my view point and I will try to push them into opening up to analyze my ideas because chances are they have never analyzed my ideas due to the fact that the majority of people follow the standards for the majority of their lives. Anywho, I also would not read into people's posts when all they posted was "do something about it" how the am I supposed to read into that, you prodigy, those were the people that I spoke out against as well as the ones who made blunt statements even those who did explain their beliefs I condemned for not trying to understand my beliefs (like I said over 100 times already). Oh ya and I probably am not going to read over my statements because I really don't give a , I'm not getting graded on spelling and grammar. the fact that I spelled imbecile wrong does not prove me to be a retard like I said, a technicality, could it prove that I'm an idiot, well may be, but if a prodigy with and IQ of 190 spelled imbicile wrong, would that mean that he's an idiot too? well I guess so according to you, be it whatever it may be we were talking about me being a hypocrite from the start so it would be quite nice of you not to make up for your lack of proof by talking about my spelling, because last time I checked people's spelling did not confirm their mind as closed or open either. |

BTW, I don't understand Cyrus, he made a really nice documentary but is IMO really wrong on this subject.
Oh, and how can he say that Agent Smith is god? He believes religion (God)is a reflex of ignorance... yet he says that a movie character is a God.
In the Matrix, humans along with their robots, technology and machines destroyed or at least severely damaged the earth, these robots are trying to destroy humans and Agent Smith is one of this robots. So, if you "want" Agent Smith to "exist", you shouldn't be hoping for the end of the human species, but let things follow their way and see what happens. Even maybe some robots like SMith help you with your plan, just as you saw in the movie! Sucker. ;) |
