Whine about what? I voted.
On the other hand, if someone starts saying stuff about the election, and they themselves didnt vote, Ill just tell them to stfu and walk away. |

how is it whining? we are stating our opinions about the election. it's people like you that discourage people's voices from being heard. |
How did i discourage anything? I never said tossing a coin in a bucket doesnt help... I said there is always room to do more..... If you really want to make a change it is possible. But without lack of dedication or ambition.. Young people will continue to bitch and moan to their peers and not atempt to make a greater difference. Im sure in classes across america people are talking about this in class. And im sure its these same people that did not vote and oppose bush.. |

| I'm very surprised more young people didn't vote, it seemed like everyone i spoke to was voting, and between rock the vote and 20 million loud, there were alot of ads around that I really did think were making young people vote. |

I dont think the "Vote or Die" thing was a smart way of marketing it. |

I agreee I think it was stupid, but I didn't think it was going to have a negative influence. I figured at least maybe it would make some "gangstas" says "yea dawg vote or die", and get out there and vote. |

This is not true. the Tax Break helped MANY, if not ALL, small business to come out and emerge and develope. They should be thankful Bush did that for them because Taxes are so ing high right now that it's scary!!!!
Also, Kerry wanted to higher the taxes for people making 200k or more a year.. WTF? That's not fair!!! AT ALL!!!
If I'm an investment banker working at Goldman Sachs, and I pull all nighters 3 times a week and work 7 days a week, why the should you take my money, I BUST my ass for that money, IT IS WELL WORTH IT!. I hate the way Kerry thinks, "Oh, you're rich, you must've not worked hard enough for it, hence, you don't deserve it and I do..." MAN, That's BULL.
Bush did many things wrong! but the Tax Cuts helped many middle class people. PERIOD.
P.S.: Not trying to start a war here. :D |

That was the plan, because the minorities are the ones that feel like they have no say in anything and dont matter, but when they do matter - they dont.
The point was to market all these celebrities with this 'vote or die' campaign to get the younger and minority population to vote because those are the ones that usually vote liberal. |

You know whats funny about that though. Kerry is a nobody, he funded his entire campaign off his wifes money - talk about not working hard enough. How about only putting out 11 bills in 20 years, yea thats working real hard. |

true... They say that in this election 17 % of the voters were youth (24 and under). This is the exact same % as the 2000 election. No increase or decrease. Out of those who voted in that age bracket Kerry had more votes than Bush. |
