I've never been a big fan of Manchester United, But I really thought that they had the potential to do something big this year, Both in the league and the Champions League.
Unfortunately, They've dissapointed me alot this year. I really had the feeling that they could've done something really good at least in the Champions League. But sure, You guys have to understand that the team and the club is in a pretty big crisis right now.
Manchester United has to forget about the weak matches that they've been playing to build up something that will be good for them in the future. Unfortunately, It's probably going to be Chelsea that's going to win the EPL (If Wigan does'nt lol :D).
I'll be honest, I did not see the game between the French side Lille and Manchester United, So all I can say is that I'm pretty glad that the old Red Star-player and the serb who's actually playing for Slovenia, Milenko Acimovic scored a goal, I guess that this was his revenge because of the weak play that he showed in Tottenham earlier in his career. |

I think a crisis is still a far fetched terms but there are definately a lot of issues that need to be sorted out ... I cant say whether Fergie needs to go since a situation where a manager who has served a successful clubs for many years begins to lose the respect of his players but i dont think thats the case
The problem seems to stem from our youth and injured senior players... heinze is our star defender and with rio in such poor form he is clearly being missed and keane and giggs being long term injury victims doesnt help our cause very much ... Keane is right in saying that we need to sell a lot of our current squad since many of them simply arnt united material so we should dump them in the italian league or something :p .....ronaldo doesnt seem to be very happy with the club and every effort must be made to keep him ... fletcher shows flashes of brilliance here and there but isnt up to the task overall ....gary neville and scholes have served their time as well ...both just dont seem to care anymore which is such a contrast to the hunger that made them (scholes atleast) superstars during the glory years of the 90s
Glazer said he will give fergie the funds to buy new blood over the winter but that will not solve the problem since good players dont necessarily generate a good team...
on a side note im going to london for thanksgiving ... on my agenda is the united - villareal game on the 22nd .. its prolly going to be the game which makes our breaks our season with the EPL pretty much written of ... hope im lucky enough to get tickets |
