OMGGGG I am sooooo dead today
I ran the three miles yesterday (well 2 then stopped & kept going lol)
I think I did good for not running after so long...
every Wednesday I'm doing three miles
every other day will be either a light jog, tennis, soccer, & frisbee to keep up the cardio.
The three mile is def. the best one.
The area is so peaceful & it's just one big trail...start one side, finish on another.
Ahh I feel good. |
