As for me I got 2 interviews tomorrow for Accounting positions...one in Sunrise (the one I wanted initially) starting from $16-$21...he said we'll discuss pay tomorrow. It's an actual direct company.
The other one at an agency @ Pembroke Pines. She said she had several positions open from 13-15 depending on my experience which I have a lot cuz all I've worked is in Accounting.

I don't think it's hard to find a job in Accounting right now...actually it's the busiest. Accounting jobs have a thing called a FISCAL year which is from May of one year till June of the next year & that is when they need the most paperwork done. At my job we just finished the May05-June06 Fiscal year & that was hectic but now as the new things are getting down they fired like 2 people & are hiring.
Anyways accounting is one of the positions that always need people.
I've gotten 4 calls total & I just updated my resume yesterday on careerbuilder.com the other two didn't interest my salary needs.
DA you should try & get an accounting position because you really don't need much experience cuz every accounting job has to train since not everyone uses the same systems & software. |

and I got a job interview for this place Blue Lagoon but my NY tri[ might be a bad thing. So I might start hunting after.
Cuz asking for days off already sounds bad. But w/e.
Also I'm more waiting on to see if i got this job at the police dept. I kicked ass in that typing exam :D |

grrrrrrrrrrrrr.
the annual ukta party was due on the 5th. because our scene died and the group all kind of lost interest, we only meet once a year now. it fell on my 21st, which i thought would be cool seeing them all again on my 21st, along with the traditional BBQ and piss up. We normally have huge PA speakers, visuals, 1210's, DJM600, CDJ1000's etc..
Because of this, me and my local mates all planned my 21st party on the 12th, the sat after. I thought it all looked set. two parties, two saturdays, be cool.
Anyway, the initial interest in the ukta party was over 20 people, which is like normal. Only 6 have confirmed. If no more confirm, it's going to be pulled. With all my mates and i going out on the 12th instead, i'm ed!
I'm gona see if any of them can afford to just go down the pub and get annihilated.
