I still can't believe that some people actually CAMPED out overnight just so they can pre-order theirs. According to Intermilan it was totally bonkers in the game stores up where he lives. Still, I def. want this system! I hope it'll be PSP wireless compatible like they say. |

It's been back for some time now, but under a new owner.
I'll give you a hint: he is the current owner of WWE (used to be known as WWF).
Stumped? It's Vince McMahon. He bought out WCW as well, but the franchise, unlike ECW which still exists today, is long gone. He only kept some wrestlers from WCW. On the ECW side of things it is still being managed by Paul Heyman and they have not changed the theatre style venues or any of the extreme rules. |

Oh I know. I used to watch wrestling religiously, from 1984 to 2004. I used to be a HUGE ECW fan. I was really saddened with its bankrupcy. I only until recently just got Sci-Fi channel and I managed to catch the ending of ECW tonight. I'll def. be tuning in next week. :) Joey Styles and Taz are the commentators and a lot of old ECW wrestlers are still there! |

Damn you beat me by 6 years. I started watching wrestling around 1990 and still watch it to this day.
I never watch ECW, but I gotta agree that a bankruptcy in general does suck, but at least they're still keeping the familiar ECW essence alive. By the way I don't know if you caught this, but there was supposed to be some sort of strip poker thing with the ECW ladies today. They kept running the spicy promos all over WWE Raw yesterday. |
