gay guys who use their sexual preference to their advantage...... (pg. 10)

The Highroller
In some cases, these gay/bi guys think that the girls they are dirty dancing with/touching in suggestive ways are ok with it, when the reality is that the girls are too scared to say anything about it because of age differences, lack of confidence, intimidation or other reasons.

this thread is getting ridiculous...

1. the # of people "posing as gay guys" must be remarkably low compared to the # of gay guys who actually ARE gay. How many straight guys would even publicly claim to be gay, even to cop a feel? Gimme a break...not many.

2. sexual orientation has NOTHING to do with whether behaviour is right or wrong. If it's an unwanted advance, it's wrong. If it mutually enjoyed/encouraged, it's fine. Consenting adults can make their own choices.

this has sparked some crazy arguments...it's really not THAT big of an issue because a few losers are so pathetic that they need to pretend to be gay in order to cop a feel

somehow a bunch of negativity has spawned, with gay people getting defensive, when the thread is about desperate STRAIGHT GUYS pretending to be gay, lol.

settle down, people ;)

i think sexual orientation has nothing to do with it...People who are grabby are just grabby...end of story.Sometimes it just takes a punch to the mouth to stop it.

i've known sean for quite some time now, and not once has he ever said or done anything to ever make me or my girl friends feel uncomfortable

second, if your girlfriend is dancing up with another guy, gay or not, then you should have a problem with her, not the guy..cuz SHES the one with wandering eyes

I'm not here to bash anyone by any means, but i back Jeff 100%...it just so happens (not deservingly but...) Sean became an example for this thread. I've seen the examples Jeff stated with my own eyes and have encountered problems of my own. Now given that the majority of people that are at the clubs are usually in a "different state of mind", could have something to do with there "out of the normal" behaviour....doesn't mean it can be brushed under the carpet. This thread started with Jeff giving a 'general' statement about the gay/bi community, and how sometimes it appears thatsome of them have free reign to do what they want....he didn't single out anyone. It's just very fustrating too have to tippy toe around the whole homosexual aspect of it...when it comes down to it...gay or not, they're still just another guy, if you know shes my gf then show some respect and back the off. I really think if this thread was about straight guys groping chicks at clubs, most of the girls on here would be saying "omg...those guys are so gross...like, stay away!"...it's the same thing, sometimes worse.

It comes off that way, because thats the way it is. This guy is a prime example of what i mentioned in my original post - and he comes in here pretending like he has never offended any girls, or made them feel uncomfortable. I'm not going to name names, but ive had more than a handful of my girlfriends (on TA and off) make the exact same complaint (including my own girlfriend). He has also made comments to me at times like 'if i wasn't gay, i would be with your girlfriend right now', and 'if i wasn't gay, i could be dating your ex (kelly) right now'. It seems to me like he's having a little identity crises, like he cant decide whether he like boys or girls - so he tells people he's gay, then leaves the girls thinking he's harmless - then whamo.

Thats my last comment.

I wasn't going to comment in here, but after reading what you just said, I think it's about time for me to discuss a few things.
First off, I think it's pretty rude to make a mean post on TA about someone. It doesn't matter what you blame them for doing. If you have a problem with Sean, the proper thing to do is to confront him and talk to him in private....don't tell the whole world.
Secondly, if girls are not comfortable around Sean, would they not tell him how they feel? Or perhaps dismiss themselves from the situation?
Last thing: do you know how many people make comments like the ones you claim Sean makes?!?! He's not going through an identity crisis, he's just having....fun! Jeez don't freak out over a few words.
Maybe you are just upset at Sean and are taking everything out on the poor guy because you have some insecurities about yourself?
Though I have only really hung out with Sean once (yay 5ive lol) I quickly noticed how great of a guy he is! I felt safe and comfortable around him, and from what I could see at Marcel Woods the other night, everyone else seems to enjoy his company a lot! :D

Anyways, ummm I hope things work out soon and everyone just gets along!!! :)
Please do not take anything I said the wrong way. I was just giving my personal opinion. ;)

*muah* to you all
