Unfortunately I'm really not suprised. I'm suprised more gay people in this country don't carry handguns for self protection.

How about go yourself Sean.....NO ONE CARES THAT YOUR GAY!!!!!

I never once brought you into this thread, never once used you as an example, never once made acomment negatively about YOUR sexuality.....so where I have disrespected you? You've maybe said about 2 small paragraphs in this thread that actually have anything to do with the topic...the rest has been you defending yourself against attacks that i personnally think are all in your head.

I'M GONNA SAY THIS ONE MORE TIME:

My problem is gay guys ( not all of them, just some of them, and this is not directed to you Sean, so don't get your panties in a bunch) that know who my gf is, know she doesn't like gettin groped, know i'm in the club....but still act they way they do knowing they always have the out by saying "..don't worry I'm gay.."...."..I'm just having fun.."..."..I live a free lifestyle.."......It's morally and ethically wrong!

So yeah...you want to think I'm insulting you Sean? Then I might as well give you a reason to..Go aheed man, whatever lets you sleep better at night, but I'll be damned to read anymore of your posts and having to feel like I'm being a shoulder to cry on about your personnal issues, which sadly i think you have alot of.

And as for straight guys doing the same thing to her....honestly it makes me more nauseous to see a gay/bi guy do it, cause god knows what stream your "trouser trout" has been swimming up!!

WOW holy - I fixed my post I did not mean for it be directed towards you and Jeff at all....... I meant in general - relax - I meant if you felt pissed off at a gay guy for doing this to your girlfriend in disrespect - and felt violent because of it - punch him in the mouth - it's disrepect right?? No tip-toeing around the gay safe card as you mentioned.

I can also have the same argument for ANYONE the makes a comment to me or about me in a derogatory gay way - ANYONE is what I meant to say - (out of the whole post again - semantics are being argued)......

we have realized this thread was originally in reference to an incident with me - Jeff said so in his post - I dont have to defend myself to you - as I did nothing to your girlfriend.

why are you so eager to make comments about me period please stop.

your telling me my panties in a bunch (I dont wear panties WTF?) trouser trout reference just now and my apparant issues - and many other jibes throughout this thread are duly noted.

You have know misunderstood my post and went with it and posted this within your 2 paragraphs made 7 derogatory comments about my person.

Who's attacking who??

regardless if you think you know what I think Steve - you don't - so instead of posting jokes at my expense - lay off!

I mean no disrespect to you.

NONE!!!

UNDERSTAND????

We're both out a club with our girlfriends, we're having a drink at the bar while the girls are dancing, gay/bi guys (that are fully aware of them having boyfriends) proceed to grind, grab their hips and ass, dance dity with them...and continue to do so even when the girls back away. Now here's when either 2 things can happen:

a) i treat the guy like any other guy and punch him in the teeth...which will lead to me being portrayed as a gay hating ass hole...because, afterall, "they're gay...they're just having fun"

Some peoples actions are an embarrasment to the rest of the gay/bi community, which is being selfish, and not caring about everyone else. Most gay/bi people do not act like that. The people your talking about did deserve to get knocked out, for being stupid.

Hah, it's great how Canada is quickly becoming the "we love gays" country.

I don't have a problem with gay people, at all, but to be honest I'm a little mortified that that's the image we project to the rest of the world. Not that there's a lot of opportunity here, or a high standard of living here, but that we "accept everyone's beliefs". Yuck. :wtf:

What image, of tolorance? Being from a minority group yourself that used to suffer alot of discrimination, it's amazing how much discrimination you have yourself. If you lived in Maryland in the 1950s ( this state is probably one of the least racist now ) where my mom remembers drinking from different water fountains than black people, you probably would not have the views you have now. Being from a discriminated group, I am against discrimination period.

Do we have nothing at all to be proud of in this country, other than our "tolerance"?

Democracy, freedom, low crime, clean cities, friendliness & manners( most people ), beautiful forest, mountains, helping other countries such as Bosnia & Afhanistan, and the fact that most of the world likes Canada.

I can agree with that as well. And most don't act like that as I have stated - but HITTING someone because of it? I dont agree with that - but I am non-violent in that manner - that would not be my approach to deal with said situation.

Expressing my concern verbally would.

I just think it's lame to take "pride" in one's sexuality, or as a country to take pride in what types of sexuality you support.

Unfortunately most gay people are ashamed of themselves. Myself, and most gay people I know don't parade around, and take pride in their accomplishments. In fact most gay people I know, you would not be able to tell if they are gay or not, and refuse to fit stereotypes from anyone ( gay or not ). I know alot of people who are comfortable with who they are, but having "pride" in being gay, equals the same as "pride in being white", and as you know most people that take "pride in being white" usually don't have much or even a high school education to be proud of. There is alot more to people than just there sexuality. You also seem to think that it's a choice.

Alot of people also feel "Pride in being Straight". I think alot of men that rape women, especially gang rape, do it to prove how "straight" they are. Since when has anyone raped a woman because of love. Power & insecurity is usually the reason.

Just wondering; are you very religious, or very closeted,

quite frankly the stupidest things i've ever read......the real problem is, is that:

"pride in being white" usually = being a white supremist

"pride in being anything else" = freedom of speech

and on a side note.....what does the great state of Maryland, Brian Mulroney, George bush and racial profiling have to do with gay/bi guys touching my gf's ass?
