This is kind of what I have been saying all along....but I think its totally fine for people to be proud of ANYTHING they are, whether you are a straight guy, and tranny, American, Black, Whatever!!! Because its who you are and who you identify with! I think as long as your "pride" is not interferring or hurting other people, then what difference does it make, right?
what you are saying about being a country as a whole is completely right tho...I see Canada as a very open country, more than my own, but one can never overgenerealize....there are always going to be bigots till the end of the earth...... |
