i think the suns are due for a finals appearance, barring any injury..they have talent(amare+marion), leadership(nash) and bench depth (james jones, kurt thomas, barbosa). the only thing they lack is D. |

The last World Championship showed the real level of Germany (Dirk + Femerling + a bunch of 3-point shooters, say Roller, Demirel...).
The shooters were specially accurate in 2005 European Cup, and you played the final (and lost to a great team: Greece). They weren't that accurate in September (and Nowitzki wasn't 'super' at all), and Germany fell soon.

Bulls having a gritty, but small team can be exposed by teams playing power game. Wallace can only do so much. Having Gasol as inside presence will give the Bulls another dimension to their game that they so lack right now.
