his teams were always mediocre, at best. Yes, he had Pippen, but Pippen was only good because of Jordan, and even then, he was just above average. Nobody else on those early teams was any good. |
Pippen stats on a random year:
MPG FG% 3P% FT% OFF DEF RPG APG SPG BPG TO PF PPG
38.3 .491 .320 .660 2.40 6.30 8.70 5.6 2.93 .81 3.22 3.20 22.0
Lebron's Career stats:
MPG FG% 3P% FT% OFF DEF RPG APG SPG BPG TO PF PPG
41.3 .463 .327 .733 1.2 5.5 6.7 6.4 1.76 .70 3.31 2.00 26.7
yes there is a diffrence in points but back then the league was more defensive, Lebron is playing more minutes per game,he is the 1st offensive option in the team and when you add to that Scottie's defensive value in those years you almost get a tie when you compare those two.
Ive said it once and ill say it again: without pippen Jordan's only ring will be his wedding ring.:) |

| Shaq is the best center, because all the other centers are sucky. Duncan, by far the best PF, Kobe is a no brainier. Wade was though, but he has a ring. Nash, well he is the best PG. Thats all he will be, unless he wins something, but it seems like Duncan is taking everyones rings. |

That doesn't mean he's in the current top 5 best players. |

David Stern is now the happiest man in the world.
From a Pistonzzzzzzz Spurzzzzz finalzzzzzzzzz to having the most appealing, well-known player in the league playing. |

pippen is the ultimate 2nd banana. he can completely dominate a game without scoring a single point. i remember in the 98 eastern finals against the pacers, pippen's defense on mark jackson completely disrupted the pacer's offense. it was so beautiful just watching pip's defense. |

Well, we know he cant stop him, but he sure will do a good job at limiting him to make him pass the ball.
I really dont think the Cavs have any chance at all, I might be wrong. |

spurs in 6. their team is too complete. whereas the cavs have the best player but too many role players who do not perform their roles regularly. |

it's not a season--all they've gotta do is step up 4 times, at the absolute most.
I think the Spurs will win, but I sure as hell don't want them to. |

Spurzzz in 5 at the most. I was thinking sweep originally but I think Lebron can muster one dominant game. I hope I'm wrong too but that's very wishful thinking.
Go away Spurzzz please! 4 championships will be enough! |
