Please! Brandon Roy will win R.O.Y. EASILY!

Check the stats my friend. Plus, Blazers have already won as many games as last year too with 30 games to play.

Roy >> Bargnani

ESPN a couple of weeks ago had all their columnists predict who'd win and I think 9/10 had Roy. So it's not just me.

according to reports, Riley is "supposedly" ok to return to coach after the all-star break. :wtf:

i wish i had a job like this. come to work, say my "roster" is crappy, and make an excuse saying i need emergency surgery. then when my "roster" looks like it's coming together, i come back to work, and say i am ok and ready to go.

ROY will definitely win R.O.Y this year, without a doubt. Watch out for the trail blazers in a few years

If you're a starter for 3rd worst team in the West and not getting numbers up, you suck.

If you're coming off the bench for an above .500 team and putting up numbers like Bargnani is a bit harder.

Blazers had 21 wins last year. Currently they have 22 already. Roy obviously was a big contributor to that as he's the go to guy many nights when Randolph isn't. To say that 50 games into his career is because of his talent. If you watched the Blazers and not stuck in the personal myopia of the Raptors, you'd see it's NO CONTEST. Again, most sportswriters who follow the league on a daily basis and see countless games agree with this assumption. Roy's numbers are substantially better than Bargnani's.

By the way, generally since the worst teams get the highest picks they pretty much get the best players from the draft....Raptors record vs. the Blazers is a moot point. It's not a huge disparity, only 5 1/2 games. Oh yeah, Raptors play in the HORRIBLE Least conference.

me: "Do you think the Spurs are exciting to watch?"

my dad: "Yes, but only when they play the Phoenix Suns"

haha, thats very true. the spurs are very exciting when they play the Suns.

I'm not emo yet, I believe the Spurs are a playoff team and will be tough. I mean, nobody thought the Heat were going to win anything last year, and we know Dallas might chocke again. Its not like they are dominant in the playoffs, even though they look great this year. We will see.

Oh yeah Paul Pierce is back with 32 points and 5 threes. Welcome back superstar to my fantasy team. I'm sure the Celtics fans including Bill Simmons are gripping now that they might slip from the worst record. No Kevin Durant or Oden for you!

How so? 2004 world series champions. 3 super bowl rings in the last 5 years. Boston Celtics 3 times champions in the 80's. Celtics have been bad for awhile but geeze they were great in the 80's. Boston fans have been spoiled in my opinion. Life all balances though when you think about their accents....
