hahah Lucky you...everyone is here because most of us drive but a ton of people got in late. I drove local the entire way here from Queens to Long Island. The expressways were flooded too so I didn't want to get stuck for 2 and a half hours like a did last time.

holy crap not SURE how i got to work today.

MTA = f*cked (esp at 74th street cuz of smoke, 7 train the only possibility. Drew actually went up to the 7 train first to go to work, me 15 minutes later. As soon as I set foot on the inner stairs and saw the wall-to-wall crowd, I was like, "F*ck this, something bad is going to happen." I text Drew and im like, "im getting the hell out and walking to the next train station to catch the Express." Since he hadnt gotten on the train yet, we both met up again and just walked to the LIRR at woodside.

then the second leg of my trip: PATH = f*cked till 9:30am in both directions - somehow i caught the first train that was ACTUALLY working, uncharacteristically packed. I walked into work and everyones staring at me.

at least i get brownie pts for showing up and theres AC here. YAY!

Well it is 100% his fault then...you should get a nice check :D

nah.. i just let it go. its felt it was pointless to go to insurance co's for scratched paint, and that it'd be ridiculous to track down some random dude to get it refinished. i just took it as bad luck and moved on...
