NO, just because they havent been called Israelis and Palestinians this whole time doenst mean there hasnt been struggles. There have been wars over the control of the 'holy land' for more than just the 20th century.

OUR experience cant apply to THEM, but my point isnt just that. its that because of their situation they place religion higher than any other descriptive factor here. Americans are *taught* to think that Palestinians are terrorist psychos, when the Palenstinians are Muslims and Christians just like many Americans.
now I think that its wrong for the US to support only Israel cause thats like picking sides, and for a country thats supposed to be open and free, its a little hypocritical.
but beyond everything, its almost stupid to think that there will EVER be peace if the Israelis keep getting everything they want here. i guess it reflects badly on the USs crap in Afghanistan as well.../ |

Its sheer ignorance to think that the violence is not eagerly reciprocated by Israelis... |

Very intereseting debate, though I must side much more with Izzy and Yoepus.
When you over complicate things, it can seem confusing. The facts are pretty simple though:
Why would Israel destroy police stations and houses for no good reason? They are trying to stop terroists, not make a parking lot.
Israel is not actively targeting civilians. There aren't Israeli civilians running into Palestinian restaurants and disco's, and exploding huge bombs strapped to their chests. Palenstinians are doing this. And well this doesn't represent the majority of Palenstinians, they knowningly harbor them.
There is no real right answer, and it's depressing to see innocent people die. And now the situation has escalated, and it will only get worse. |

| Yeah, they aren't bulldozing entire blocks to try and create more refugees. They are bulldozing houses that are in strategic positions being used for specific purposes. It makes a lot more sense then to just say "The Israeli's are such pricks that they randomly bulldoze Palestine houses at least once a week. It's like a hobby for them!" |

The Arab Summit was a really good success.... they actually agreed on something....

1st - a palestinean camera man for 'Nile TV' shot in the face while driving in a van that clearly indicated they were reporters.
2nd - an american reporter for the 'Boston Globe' shot in the back/shoulder even when wearing a vest for the 'PRESS'.
And a lot more things!
Let's just hope for the best.

in the mall that's in my city the security guard caught a suicide bomber that wanted to explode, it's our luck that he caught him
the israeli police turned him in to the palasien police who said they'll lock him down but instead they let him loose and he went to explode in Jerusalem, and there they weren't so lucky and he succeded with his plan and killed lots of people and hurt even a greater number of people
u don't know nothing about the situation here so please don't judge our acts
in the month of march only u know how many innocente people were killed??
i'll tell u hom many... more than 100, add another 15 that were killed today and then maybe u can get a clue on the terror that they are feeding us with |
