Ferry didn't show at Solarfest - bah!
Also, got a Lawler flyer this weekend - says he's playing on the rooftop and the party starts at 5pm-2am? Anyone know truth to these rumors? *crosses fingers*
I'll be out at KTV 6/30 - myabe Funk D'Void. :) Whoot for July in Denver - Lawler, Daft Punk, SvD.....I'm drooling already! |

Oh btw, it's pretty much confirmed that I'll be playing that Daft Punk after party. It's going to be at The Loft www.theloftindenver.com . What's that like? Anyone been there? As for times and the rest of the line up I'm not too sure. I just know it will be and some locals :D

generally speaking the set up there is a rane rotary mixer with 2 technics, i've seen cdjs there before but thats only coz the production for the night brought them in.
the "club" (more of a lounge imo) itself is ok imo, i've just had service there from the staff on more than one occasion so it's kind of rubbed me the wrong way.
seems an odd place to have the afters party tho, it generally closes at 2am - DP will get over 'round midnight (red rocks curfew) so i have no idea how long the afters gig will be if it is in fact at the loft... |

Yeah the Loft is where we have been throwing all of our parties lately. It's a smaller, very laid back venue that generally tend to attract a better, slightly more mature crowd then the bigger clubs in Denver. All the management and staff there are very cool in my opinion.
Also, they do have an 8 channel Rane rotary mixer, Techs, and Pioneer CDJ 800's. The sound is pretty good right now, although from what the owners tell me, it should be considerably better by the time you get out here. They are putting about $5K more into the sound system in early July.
I don't know how late they are going to go that night, but they have thrown afterparties there in the past. |

haha, well im wonderin if anyone is doing FDV this friday. its katies bday on sat so im trying to think of something interesting...plus its not vinyl and i gotta get back in somehow someway since im moving to denver| |

| Well The Loft's check bounced and the promoter canceled all her parties for the remainder of July. Looks like no more after party for now :( I may still be down and playing somewhere else. I guess I'll just keep you guys updated. |
