I don't party much anymore...and it takes alot for me to especially go to the Guv complex. I was really disappointed that Sasha couldn't make it. It was destined to be so, but nevertheless, a downer. I knew this before heading down that he wouldn't be there, but I was so pumped up about the night already, I thought I'd go regardless the situation.
Ended up having a fairly good time. Met some old and new faces, and Digweed's set wasn't that bad at all. Alot of Techno tracks that really got me going. Considering he played such a long set, I guess it made sense that there would be alot of peaks and valleys. Still, there were times I just walked around or stood still cause I couldn't quite 'feel' it. Haven't seen S & D since 2002... man I was really looking forward to it.
edit: MAAAAAAASSIVE shout out and thanks goes to Frankie 'the man' CUZOO for helping find/get my jacket at the coat check even though I lost my ticket and would've had to wait until the end of time to get it. :D:D:D |
