From a stress and worry aspect, I would wait in line at a post office for a crappy pension than have to bust my ass till I am literally dying. Not that I won't be working in some form or fashion till I die, at a certain point, you have done your time.
And yeah there is still a lot of people that wish communism was still around. :( |

But if you are 75 when communism fell, you are ed. I am not a supporter of communism at all, but if you were already retired and now have nothing, what are you to do!? |

Where my family's from, communism only benefitted those who kissed ass to it. In one way, I thank communism for getting my parents to get us out and escape to Canada.
Unfortunately, some of my relatives behind kissed major ass, and when communism got kicked out, they complained how much they had to work to make a living. |

Exactly why the old farts complain about how the "old days" were better. The ones that moved abroad before or soon after communism fell in the eastern block, were lucky they got out when they did. They were better off. The ones that didn't just got ed. |
