i got fired

ok so my boss and i finally burried the hatchet recently. he pretty much fired me (in a nice way). i've never been fired before...ever. lol i took it well and was pretty much expecting it. he is a piece of garbage who crosses the line way too many times and speaks to me and the other employees like we are slaves sometimes and i was the only one who ever stood up to him. i could have probably thrown a harrassment suit against him by now but whatever. he is going to give me a letter of recommendation and i am listing him as a reference on my resume.
so now i'm unemployed and looking for a job. oh and my apt. lease is up at the end of november and i'm not signing another one...gonna go mooch off my bf and his roommate until after the holidays. well, not totally mooch, i'll be giving them some rent money and cleaning and cooking and chipping in for groceries. they really just want me to clean and cook though lol wtf
but i have a good resume and cover letter and i've submittted it and no one has called me yet:( the girl who replaced me at my job (i've been training her for the past 2 weeks) said that it took a while for some people to call her back. like 3 weeks.
the only good thing is that i don't have to pay rent any more and i'll be getting my deposit back plus 2 weeks pay this friday so that's good.
i'm still stressed though:( |

This sort of has happened to me so much that whenever I'm working I'm always half-expecting to get fired out of the blue for the most idiotic reasons.
Last time I was fired for asking to take a 15 minute break during an 8 hour shift. The law says they're supposed to give you an hour. :wtf: |

i'm mostly upset about moving in with my man. i like my own place and privacy, but just to be safe i think i should do this. he offerred and wants to help me so whatever. i should be thankful...most guys would probably bail or not want to offer that. |

i DONT accept abuse...that's why i got fired lol
he's a total jerk and he has napolian complex (he's like 5'2). if he yells or bitches about a mistake i've made in my work, then fine. i have thick skin and i take that sort of stuff like a champ, but when he starts with the bullying or yelling at me about something really dumb and not work related, that's when i tell him what's up. it always escalates and we start yelling and i grab my stuff and leave for the day. it was just not a healthy environment. i'm actually really happy to not have to go back there on monday but i need to find a ing job. i start school in january too.
oh and the girl who replaced me is awesome lol she's gonna be my new friend so that's another good thing that came out of it. |

i'm a paralegal but i'm really sick of it. i start school again in january for nursing and i'm really eager to work in the medical field but i know it doesn't pay very well for the types of jobs i would be qualified for (front desk, medical billing, etc..).
