but i would wait more than the 45 minutes to make the assumption he is the coolest guy on earth. Every time i have met a boss for the first time they were awesome. Never forget he needs someone to work there. Either way i hope you are right.:p |

yea i know about that...that's the reason why i never get chummy with new coworkers right away. they usually end up being ing psycho or on power trips lol. but trust me i know when someone is genuine or not. i knew within 2 seconds that my old boss was a phony piece of crap and i was right. lol i knew within 2 seconds this guy was a totally laid back, nice guy.
he had a secretary for 8 years before this one that is leaving him now, and she's only leaving due to her husband having a job offer. she said he is awesome to work for...very casual and laid back. never yells, etc... i believe her.
when he called me to offer me the job, he was like "i was gonna wait till tomorrow but what the heck" then we talked a little and i said "ok so i'll see you at 9 on monday" and he was like, "ehh, make it like 9:15 or 9:30...i dunno when carrie gets in. oh and wear jeans because the office is dirty from the remodelling goin on"
if that's not laid back as a boss, i don't know what is. |
