| I have been working from home for some time now, and the freedom is quite fun. It's also fun when you get paid a lot. :D |

I have that option (to work from anywhere really), but I prefer to work at the office. It can get lonely working at home after a while. |

| After really putting my nose to the grindstone this week, being as picky as possible and sending out one resume yesterday, I got an interview on Thursday of this week. Besides the money, though, this whole being unemployed thing is pretty sweet. |

lol i suck at it. i was driving my bf nuts the other day texting him "hey what's up" and "when are u coming home?" "are u almost done now?"
:stongue:
i mean it's not like i can go out and do things like have lunch with friends or go shopping or whatever. i need to only spend my money on bills right now and necessities. |

i can't do much at home except for cook and clean and surf the web/watch tv.
when i have to study, i need to go to the library or book store. i need to go to the gym to work out, i need to go to an actual place of work to earn money, etc...
my home is for nothing but chillin. |

It's quite fun as a change after working in offices etc. I like to sleep in and instead work later in the afternoon/evening. I can be sort of a loner, I have no problems being alone and on my own. Also it makes group work much more fun when you get to change things up.
I'm also still studying, I can also study at home if I want to. |

i've been working at home the past week and a half, and it's just killing me right now. so i usually go out to the random place near the lake and schmooze the place's wiki while kicking back. i need to go outside. :( |

I recently started working again, that's after being unemployed since february and while its not that i dont enjoy what i do (i really really do) i find myself much less rested then when i just sat on my ass all day long. Wake up at 4am, go for a run, take a boiling hot shower to melt of the frost of my skin because its ing freezing outside (who knew that it would be cold outside at 4am in the middle of november), eat breakfast and check the internet, drive 70 to 80 minutes to work, on arrival spend 20 minutes looking for a parking space, go to the office, make calls all day long, leave at 5p...or 6, maybe at 7 if there's more work to be done (some people stay until 11) drive home 60 minutes (there is no rush hour then so at least i can come home faster), when home grab a yogurt from the fridge and pick up some school books for an hour or two, then when you're just about ready to collapse into the bed and sleep unless the ing apocalypse comes knocking on the door, then those 5+ espresso shots that you had during the day and which did nothing at all at the time kick in, so you stay awake until 2 or 3 am wondering if at that point you should bother to try to sleep at all because you have to get up in an hour and do the whole cycle again anyway. I think ive gotten about 7 hours sleep in total since saturday, but i dont mind at all, i just hope that all that caffeine wont give me a heart attack anytime soon.
Anyway my whole point being, its great to work again and its even better if you're doing something you like :D |
