i have no problem with chain restaurants as i do eat at them sometimes. (there is one in canada called baton rouge that serves awesome ribs and aged porterhouse steaks.)
i just find it silly when i ask to go to a nice place and they end up driving to the outback.
even if i kinda like the coconut shrimp. |

if you go have the ribs and get the spinach and artichoke dip for an entree. They have a great wine list for a chain restaurant too.
almost everything is made from fresh at baton rouge though...i know it was one of my first kitchen jobs working in the prep kitchen:p
it is also why it is a little more expensive. |

Baton rouge is right under the office tower where work, great food and service for the price.
