for every pristine gated community, there are 5 areas of houses, with people that have more fingers than teeth that drink in their pickup truck.
if they are not redneck and not in school, chances are they work for charles schwab, bank of america, ea sports. Disney employees are mostly well trained rednecks that were taught to not talk like a waste of life.:p
when you go to orlando go to cowboys and see what i mean.:p
lamest city ever. |
The actual city limits of Orlando aren't that bad man... come on. If you want to mention Clermont, Deltona, Kissimmee, Casselberry, Apopka, Ocoee, etc., then you are absolutely correct. But Orlando is definitely not THAT bad at all. Dude, every city has suburbs with white trash. For lamest city ever, check out Greensboro, NC or Knoxville. |

Wow dude I feel for you. Why didn't you move 2 miles to the east and at least get into Altamonte or Longwood? Haha, sometimes to avoid I-4 traffic in the afternoon, I'd go the long way around up that new 429 toll road and then cut through Apopka... that place is the armpit of the universe. |

we got a good deal on the house, and most of the houses we were flipping were in the area. You can't really flip nice properties can you:p
lots of silly people out there that took cash for their homes at like 40% less of its value.
yee haw.:p

word to that... I was doing the same thing in Deltona. I put $350 down on a pre-construction house and flipped it 3 weeks later pocketing $44,000. Best ing investment ever. I got one more good one in right before the market tanked, and got the out of doing that. The people who bought those 2 houses must feel dumber than right now.
:stongue:
Edit: that pre-construction house took about a year and a half to build which is why there was such a difference in value by the time it was ready to sell |

hey, plus cooter browns and an ale house 5 minutes away!
don't call me spotted dick for nothing you know:p.
my buddy still lives there (works for schwab), and got stuck with 2 properties when the market collapsed. He lives in one, and rents the other to a mexican family to barely cover his mortgage on the property. Man i'm glad i got out of that.
The bear lake gated community that is 5 minutes away is hella (orlanda word holla dealerships :p) nice though. |
