I'd go with:

1) Lobster Bisque (French Onion a close 2nd)

2) Pan Seared Diver Scallops w slow braised short rib, truffle mash and pinot noir sauce

3) 12 oz filet rare with a side of hollandaise, and cabernet goat cheese butter on top.... or the same swordfish Jay mentioned if I were in a seafood mood

4) Sides: sweet potato and vanilla bean mash, sauteed forest mushrooms, rum baked sweet plantains

5) Tahitian Vanile Creme Brulee for dessert... or key lime pie...

kobe burger on whole wheat with black caviar carpaccio, lettuce and citrus mayo

and truffle potato chip crusted mac & cheese on the side

- PAN SEARED DIVER SCALLOPS

- Arugula Salad w/ Roasted Beets, Goat Cheese Croutons & Aged Balsamic Vinegar

- (MEAT) Colorado Lamb Rack, or
- (FISH) Sesame Crusted Hawaiian Big Eye Tuna w/ Crispy Ginger Rice Ball, Wasabi Sauce & Sweet Soy

- Tahitian Vanilla Crème Brulee w/Stack of Peppermint Brownies

when it is in season they have a lobster poutine that is pwn...it costs 18 bucks but you get lots of lobster:p
