Was there really a main stage? People just have it in their mind that the Coliseum floor is the place to be even though there was much better/bigger DJs elsewhere for most of the day. Same thing happened at MM. They closed the Sports Arena off early because that's the "main" area in everyone's mind. |

that was over 3 days... so 75,000 per day which is less than at EDC each day...
Coachella was over crowded as it was so put another 10-25K in there it would be unbearable. though there is land they can add to make the venue hold more people... |

I forgot it was over 3 days. But yea, the Polo Fields are far better because they're not enclosed like the coliseum. People can spread out more and it's less of a risk. At least I think so. |

| i've never been to coachella the festival but i've passed the spot on the way into LA. that would be probably the only other place they could move it and have enough space. but honestly, the coliseum is a much more exciting venue for me. i just love the epicness of that stadium, and knowing the history of events that have happened there. olympics, superbowl and freakin EDC! i hope EDC can continue to be there at that spot, just 18+ age limit. |

| the polo fields. Coachella this year was oversold and packed beyond belief to the point where walking from one stage to the next was a giant mission. EDC would be even worse, which I cannot imagine being enjoyable one bit. |
