Trolling is posting to provoke people into angry reaction, and Vivid Boy has ed you right up in that respect.

Your "trolling" is self-protective bull, because everyone knows that when you're trolling you actually hold the opinions you're expressing. We're not getting annoyed because you've created some well baited trap, we're getting annoyed because you're genuinely a pathetic stupid little . Hence why all your opinions inevitably turn into "I was trolling", because you need some escape route from facing up to your own stupidity. Which, incidentally, is exactly what you're doing to your failure at high school.

Its pretty obvious. If you weren't jealous then why would you attack me? Its fairly obvious I have the technical skills to do whatever the hell I want, so the only reason I can see you bashing me is because you are paying to learn what I already know.

You win, Nou, you're smarter than me and better than me in all aspects. I sure wish I was a winner in life like you.

Hi, I'm Nou. I'm the center of the universe and I will never hold a real job for very long because everyone will want me fired.

Thats not what I am saying.

Why are you going to school zip? What benefit do you see from it?

Second, when did you start programming?

Yes it is.

First of all, I now have close to 6 years of experience with Java, as well as a SLEW of other skills that I have picked up in college. My list of programming languages and applicable skills is ing enormous, thanks to college.

Summer of my sophomore year of high school. Like you, I taught myself. But would I be as skilled at it today as I am without college? no.

The point, Nou, is that you can't help but bait people, which is why your threads, as you said, always turn into attacks on you rather than the insightful discussion you think you're going to create. If that is what counts as a victory in your life... sweet ing Jesus.

Anyway, here's a question for you: what do you have in common with Existo22 and Trance-MB?

I mean, discounting the information you learn in college you also learn: people management, time management, the ability to meet deadlines, working under pressure, etc.

You are a joke Nou. Keep making threads masquerading as a troll in which you divulge all your personal opinions and foibles to us. It only serves to underline, over and over, how much of a failure and a waste you actually are.

i just want to say thanks undergraduate classes like 'Data Structures', 'Operating Systems', 'Computer Architecture', and 'Programming Languages', it really did help hone down how i should really develop my programming skills. I'm sure we have all learned there's a clear difference between knowing how to build vs building what is there.

I worked 3 years, 5 years is average turn over rate in most developer fields. People either quit, move jobs, or in rare cases get fired. I was going to quit eventually, but they fired me before I secured another job. With their stupidity and them footing my entire unemployment because the state ruled they didn't have cause to fire me (yes, the state investigated, and found woah, they fired me for a reason that was not legitimate in denying me UI, and that my employer had to foot the bill).

So not having to look for another job, I took some time off, got back to working on personal projects and actually enjoying programming again, and now I am doing the school thing. :)

Again, I am doing the school thing. I never planned not to. I am just questioning the usefulness when more than likely what I take will not apply very much to it and if there are opportunities out there should you not take those, even if it means not doing school in the end?
