My social life isn't crippled. I am on TA. :p

Also yea, I really do not like most people, because most people are ing stupid.

And for the record Bas I am pretty frigging good at managing and managing other people. My project and the people that worked on it on my side was the only on-time, under-budget project in the quarter before I was fired, the other side of the project in the art department was 100% over budget and behind schedule. They fired me because I talked about the company with co-workers on my lunch break, not because I wasn't capable. :p

Does the grease from your wop forehead get in your eyes or has it soaked through to your brain you unintelligent twat? I ask because your reading comprehension is that of a 5 year old or someone who has ingested large quantities of hallucinogens as you clearly saw that was never there.

Where did I say anything about a level? I am simulating radio-frequency propagation in a realistic environment not being a faggot WoW player. This is work that will not only save money, but also possibly lives of the soldiers that allow you to say the ing retarded greasemonkey that you spew from your guido mouth.

Schooling is great. Experience is better. Both are ing fantastic.

I'm in the military with a job in high demand in the civilian world. I have a bachelors in international relations, and it was pretty much useless save an internship with an elected official. Now, with the experience I've got in the military, a level 4 language under my belt, and my IR degree, I'll land a nice job when I gtfo.

This is obviously a bull thread that Nou makes to justify his own lazyness to go to school, and feel good about it. But frankly, lately I really do wonder why the did I waste 7 horrible years in my life in getting a degree. I did learn things, but now I'm overqualified for my job, getting a paycheck, and none of my bosses (paid handsomely well) have degrees. I guess like Watts I felt that I was entitled to a career out of university, but turns out now that I'll have to fight hard to make something out of it. I guess the situation does make sense, but after so much ing effort to study, I didn't expect to have to continue putting the same level of effort.

Basically, you're ed whichever way you look at education.

Sometimes you can't help whatever situation you get placed in after college, but make no mistake, employers prefer paying a person with a degree over a person without one. You can't possibly argue that a degree is bad for your career, whatever it may be.

Yes it can't be bad (usually) but its more of a question of its worth. If you had the natural abilities and got in 7-8 years of experience instead of a degree you'd have 7-8 years of experience instead of debt and no experience, but a piece of paper.

Who is a prospective employer going to hire? Someone with 7-8 years of experience or someone with a degree and no experience in real work? HR might look at the person with the degree but any sane manager or developer looking at the hires would say the person with experience.

This is of course assuming we are talking about computer fields.

if that is your troll then wow, nice way to sacrifice yourself as you do it.

i didnt make all up lol. You script an online video game and think youre saving the world. and you dont think you need to go to school because youre videogame is going to get picked up by the military because a few other military geeks are level 12 mages and look up to your bow and arrow crafting skills in a video game.

Its okay man, when i was a kid i thought i was going to be an astronaut... then i turned 6

That didn't even make sense you gimp... :wtf:

Where did I say I was saving the world?

The base software is already used by the military, other people working on this project have worked on additions for the military as well. See: http://www.bisimulations.com/

The mage is about as gay as you can go, because you have to know (or maybe you dont) that has nothing to do with anything ever mentioned by anyone besides yourself.
