So with the whole opposite season thing, is it weird celebrating Christmas in the summer? |
Why would it be weird? It's what I'm used to. It was weird at Christmas when I lived in the UK, and the weather was freezing-ass cold and the days getting dark at 4pm :p |

| Talking to someone from Australia is like talking to an alien. Its cool but its so weird, hard to wrap my mind around it so I'm just going to let it go. |

:stongue: Just because I live on a different continent? Australia isn't really that different to the US. It wouldn't be a huge culture shock if you came here. |

It's often thought that Butcherbirds get their name from being 'butchers' since they eat meat and are quite aggressive by nature, but actually their name comes from their habit to store excess food away in multiple areas to consume later. This behaviour was likened to a butcher storing food in a larder so it kept longer (before refrigerators were around). |

It was for me when I moved here. Converting temperatures to celcius was a pain, not having fast unlimited internet, $2 coronas... i could go on. No chipotle. I could go on. |
