Not to be nosey, but I've seen a couple of pics of your current place on FB (tuuuurtles). What do you pay for that per week? Tell me to off if you want, I won't be offended, I'm just trying to gauge the difference in price between Melbs and Bris, for rentals :p |
the place im in now is $400 per week, it's a 3 bedroom townhouse, it's my dream home but i do not have $550,000 to buy it :( |

It's a small member of the plum family, a stone fruit. It's also an ingredient in something fledz probably knows about - Slivovitz |

That's actually not too bad, comparing it to places up here. I was expecting it to be quite a bit more down there. We rent a 3 BR house (old house, like 1950s, but properly renovated EXCEPT FOR THE ING ELECTRIC WIRING) and we pay $450 a week. Have a pool though.
The 3 BR townhouses around here aren't much cheaper, and it's a good suburb.
Livin' in the 'burbs, yo.
Edit: The property here is supposed to be worth $650K to $750K though, for a buyer. Less with the market right now though :gsmile: |

join your thumb and the adjoining finger together, that's about the size of them.
Also, lol at "old" being 1950s :haha: House I grew up in from 1990-2005 was from 1898, and there's some even older ones around. Mums friend lived in one until she divorced which was from the 1600s. ing massive farmhouse, something like 28 rooms :eyes: |
