if you explain your situation they should be understanding. it's very professional to not take positions that you do not want, and if anything it shows you really want to work for them.
if it bothers them, you most likely did not have the job to begin with.

| there is a big difference here. the old expression of "it's easier to get a job if you already have a job" is really accurate. if they really want you, they will want to make sure they don't lose out to a competitor. I know health is not an industry that I know well , but HR people all take the same course if you know what I mean. |
