I woke up at 7 today, and have to go out tonight, how much beer do i have to drink to be able to stay awake till 7 tomorrow morning, having had no rest today?

My friend, in a situation like this, I'd recommend against beer. The fizzy/bloated feeling from the bubbles (and sheer volume of liquid) will leave you feeling more tired than is necessary.
When I've found myself in a position like yours, I tend towards vodka, and mix it with fruit juice. The vodka, obviously, provides the "hi there!" required from alcohol, and the fruit juice gives you some natural and fairly mild sugars to help keep you awake.

damnit i've already been drinking lots of beer, and it has taken effect to an extent where, though i know the vague meanings of what you said, the intricacies will remain a mystery till the morning...
