I hadn't seen the car yet at this point, and I'm thinking to myself "What the is he talking about?? Doesn't make sense!" So then I finally see what he's talking about, and it is indeed an etched drawing of a dick and something that looks like the word 'notation'.
It still didn't really make sense until I told someone else about it, and they linked me to this video:

That is a great story. i deff would not have been uncomfortable if that was my car. "SOME MUPPET DREW A ING ON MY ING CAR" is how i would have said it.
