How can you be so sure that he earns a lot of money on this? to be honest i don't think he will, at least not directly. I think most people play at the olympics pretty much however much money they will get, and therefore it is probably not that much money we are talking about... perhaps not even more than at a big club. perhaps nothing? But of course i have no proofs of that, but do you? |

speaking of money, how much do these big shot dj's get for a gig. e.g when tiesto or PVD come to the guv, how much damage is done to the pockets of the owners of the club.???? |

I'm 100% sure that Tiesto would play at the olympics EVEN if he didn't get paid for it.
Tiesto probably does get paid for that gig, but $ was certainly not his motivation when he agreed to play at the party.
If anything, Tiesto is going after fame now. I think he just wants to be very very popular, and so far he has been successfull. |

Around 50,000 USD
EDIT: I should note that there are possibly only 4-5 DJs that charge such ridiculous amounts... the price is due to the insane demand for these guys.
Armin, Ferry etc. charge significantly less. |
