Agree with Piazza...there is no way you can defend illegal mp3s aren't hurting the scene...
Still, I stand behind Airbase in that we should start moving more towards mp3s instead of vinyl. But then again, the short amount of music you can buy at places like Beatport is still too limited for this to become a success.
Ever since I found out about Beatport, I go to their website every week and see what I can purchase that I like. Amazing quality on mp3s (320), but it's a shame that more artists haven't decided to distribute their music through this medium which is easy to use and realiable. |

I am glad someone has a brain on this forum :)
I suggested that they create a file system like the MP3 but which would protect against illegal copying and distribution.
People will not buy an MP3 when they can get it for free on a P2P. People need to re-think the MP3 and change it for it to work in commerce.
I also suggested that DJ's,Artists, and the public change their culture and beliefs towards illegal MP3's. More efforts need to take place to stop people and websites that distribute illegal MP3's. Punishing AlphaStarred is just one small step in this noble cause.
If both events happen artists like airbase would be in a much better financial situation. |

You are sorely mistaken if you think people don't respond to s. I'm responding to one right now, just like you'll probably respond to me.
You can yell at these people and call them all the names you want for thinking they are using illegal MP3s, but ultimately they really won't care. Blasting them on a forum isn't going to stop them. |

I hope the owners of Tranceaddicts follow their rules and stop members from distributing illegal MP3's on this site. It’s either a choice of him getting in trouble or this site;very simple. It's obvious what Tranceaddicts should do now. This was the sole purpose why I call out AlphaStarred; to stop a criminal and reinforce the beliefs this site has on illegal MP3 use.
