Sorry to all that didn't make it in! You were missed, but it was nice too meet a lot of faces off TA. You guys have been great at welcoming me to the site. Look forward to meeting more of you in the future.

Lawler was amazing, he laid some dirty dirty beats...it was breath taking. But way too many people packed into that place last night!

Also want to give special thanks to Steve and his girlfriend Sarah, you guys rock! You guys were awesome to party with!

Is it me or have you noticed that all the 20 dollar events inside just the guv are always like this.

NEW RULE if the event isn't the entire complex and tickets are around the 50 dollar range the day of the event its not worth going. (KEEPS the riff raff out!)

I think thats my new rule.

Got in around 1 didnt wait inline went straight to guest list line and got in within 5 minutes (the other line was monstrous). Waited about 30 minutes for coatcheck though.

No idea how but my camera screen broke which i tried to ignore the whole night.

Music was amazin but the crowd thing burned me like gasolineee.

#1 reason why you should never go to the Guv on Halloween, even without a headliner there.

The fact that they had such a HUGE headliner on such a holiday was an even bigger recipe for disaster.

this all ties into my thread about needing a second wind on the whole underground rave scene. More space, better crowds, amazing vibe..

oh how i miss thee.

Destiny had their party last night, with plenty of room, and no rudeness. Dunno why more of you didn't head over there once u couldnt get into the club?

you never know what the frig its going to be like in the guv really. theres always a 50/50 chance it wont be to packed, and you will have some room to dance. on special events like this, its hard not to go becuase you want to have fun, then we get screwed into paying and not being able to dance for 4 hours until theres room.

could you imagine if a fire started somehow? people not being able to get out fast enough, everyone freaking out, people falling on eachother, getting stepped on and crushed, maybe even DIE.

hey guvernment staff, can you live with yourself if you had someone die at your club, but you made extra money out of it?

awesome clubs, system, boa, viva, room to dance, hardly ever packed, more good times than bad times at those clubs.

the docks has some issues, but its not to to bad.

guvernment, pfff. all access events are a maybe

Got in guestlist line just after 11, got in within 10 minutes. As I ws walking in saw a bouncer with a counter keeping track of people going in - thats probably why line up moved so slowly - at capacity.

I knew it was going to be packed and there was going to be more "non scene" people there so I had prepared myself. Honestly, for Guv it wasn't that bad - there was room in he middle of the dancefloor near the front- the stupid costumes people were wearing made it seem worse.

Went by myself and kept to myself for most of the night - I find nights like tonight easier to deal with when i'm not worried about other people enjoying themselves. Did see Graham, RJ again :P, and Cuzo - good people.

Music = amazing

Sean Miller did spin after Lawler.

My question for those who did go and stick around...did Sean Miller play? and what was the surprise that people were whispering about before hand?

unfortunately, he did not play but he was there most of the time and Steve played Swells right at the end of the Guv part and played it again at Charlie's.

Sean was super pumped.

i was looking forward to see lawler for like a month but got pissed off about the friggin' line. got there at 11:30 left the line at 2 so i was really pissed off but after reading the reviews i prob wouldn't engoy myself cause i need a bit of room so i can dance. and the guv already has enough s it doesn't need anymore. i was have left with Cale, Dan, and Arron instead of waiting longer for nothing.

Well...

Cons (for me and my friend at least):
- Packed like sardines in a can
- The airgun was a bit much. They kept shooting that thing (sometime around 4 I think).. It got freezing-ass cold, plus I can't inhale that all that well, dunno why.

Pros:
- Some nice costumes (including mine)!
- Awesome attitude on the majority of people that were around me
- Great tracks!!! :D

I wish I'd driven in before the contest.. but we only parked at like 2pm. If I'd come earlier, I'd for sure win the 1st price :)

Guv did redefine "packed" last night... I thought I knew packed from Ibiza, turns out no, I didn't. But it was all good because of the music! I back Sasha up on great choons :)

Overall, awesome night, it was totally worth it coming out.
