Tiger is the man, he is one person in the world of sports I truly do respect, and always will. I'm so glad I've been fortunate enough to see him play at a live event and actually meet him as well. I've loved watching him play the game over the last ten years, and I would miss it if he left...

but I honestly wouldn't mind if he walked away from the game, say... after this year... because he has done so much, and he doesn't have anything else to prove in my mind, he is the best ever...

Tiger Woods wins the Buick Invitational, and picks up his 50th career tour win at the age of 30. His achievement is the fastest by any golfer in history. I am afraid that Tiger is at a crossroad right now. Having his dad die a couple of months back really hurt Tiger deep inside. He could retire abruptly, because of his death, or dedicate the rest of his victories to his dad.

Tiger is a fighter and will never leave just because of the passing of his father because such a move would oppose every principle that his father has taught him.

And besides he has already stated that the beating the 19 majors that Niklaus won is the only record that matters to him.

are you on crack butters?

if you watched golf religously like i do *runs and hides* and tiger is your favorite and hero *runs and hides from gay chants* you will know that if he did quit he would be betraying all the teachings of his father.

Tiger will not be leaving for another 10-15 years. He already plays only about 1/4 of the tournaments. He is now just playing for the record books. Once he is #1 in them I think he will continue to play and have the winning mentality to just crush the record even more so. Also within 5 years we will se an actually competitor to his crown here. Got about 3 Amateur champs coming into the PGA soon and will be challenging Tiger down the line as one of them dont know his name but is rated quite high.

story here

Maurice Clarett arrested ..... again.

I think he should be considered the "saddest" football story in the past 20 years. His future was paved for him after winning the national championship his freshman year, and look at him now. Jobless bum in jail once again. :o

ok who's more messed up in the head out of these 3?

Mike Tyson, Maurice Clarett, or Ricky Williams ?

you > those 3

:wtf: :o

here's something really random.
I was researching football stats, and bumped into the name Irving Fryer. Now we all remember him from his heydeys @ New England(well I do. whenever someone mentions his name, i reference him to new england). Well, his "best years" were @ Miami and Philly , the years after New England. How about that ? :haha:
