just saw the best 45 minutes of futbol i have seen in maybe a year or 2.
river vs botafogo.
if by any chance you get to see a replay of this game tomorrow.. catch it. funny i hate river plate but when they won i got exited and cheered.
still a boca fan though :P |

:mad: I was going to watch that match, then completely forgot about it. Watching the RP match today and the announcer is talking about how amazing the match was, like down to 9 men, hat trick and everything.

Holy , the match today of River Plate vs. Rosario Central was just as intense. |

i love duch football so barça MUST buy him, i want new dutch players at barça

Both i guess. I'm a big fan of Ajax since I was a kid. What a brilliant team they had when they won the champions league back in 95 in believe. Allmost every single player ended up with big clubs (kluivert, overmars, davids, litmanen, brothers de boer, Kanu, seedorf, ...)
And i particularly love the dutch way of playing football with their wingers. Although i have to admit than Van Basten, like any other coach nowadays, believes results are more important then beautiful offensive dominating football, which used to be Holland's trademark. Good thing they still have an excellent youth training and thus every few years some brilliant players so theres no way Holland will ever start to play catenaccio for instance. No matter who the coach might be. |
