Yeah, it was supposed to be 3 mins of extra time and I do recall the ref blowing the whistle when it was about 92:40 :whip: |

good signs from england though, at least in the first half. some lovely attacking play and 1-2 football. lovely goal from cole.
second half a lot less impressive, tho still threatening going forward. sadly the defence seemed a bit lost with those set pieces and long balls coming in. still tho, we go in #1 and avoid germany next round.
but all without michael owen :( that makes me very sad. |
